Warranty Policy

At Sunblis, we stand behind the quality of our products and value every customer’s experience. All Sunblis electric toothbrushes are covered by a 1-year limited warranty and a 14-day free return or exchange policy.


1. Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty applies only to Sunblis electric toothbrushes purchased directly from our official website (sunblis.com) or authorized retailers.

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship of the toothbrush handle (main unit) under normal use for 1 year from the date of purchase.

The following items are not covered under this warranty:

  • Brush heads, charging bases, travel cases, or other accessories.
  • Damage caused by improper use, dropping, modification, or disassembly.
  • Damage caused by water immersion beyond the designed waterproof level.
  • Normal wear and tear (such as surface scratches or fading).
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or second-hand marketplaces.

2. 14-Day Free Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day free return or exchange for all products purchased from our official website.

To qualify for a free return or exchange:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind (non-defective item), shipping costs may apply depending on your location.

If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, Sunblis will cover all replacement and shipping costs.


3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If your product experiences any issues covered under the 1-year warranty, please contact our customer service team via email at support@sunblis.com with the following details:

  1. Order number
  2. Purchase date and email used for the order
  3. Photos or a short video showing the problem
  4. A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your case and provide a solution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.


4. Repair or Replacement

If a defect is confirmed, Sunblis will:

  • Replace the defective product or part with a new or equivalent model at no additional cost.
  • In some cases, we may request that you dispose of or return the defective product.

The replacement product will continue to be covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.


5. Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, neglect, or modification.
  • Damage resulting from using non-Sunblis accessories or chargers.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
  • Products that have been resold, stolen, or altered.

6. Limitation of Liability

The remedies described above are your sole and exclusive remedies under this warranty.
Sunblis’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Sunblis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
