Shipping Policy

At Sunblis, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery Time
Total delivery time includes order processing (1–2 business days) and shipping time (3–7 business days).
(Pre-sale items will be shipped according to the announced schedule.)

All estimated delivery times are based on real logistics data from past orders and are provided for reference only.


Shipping Fee

  • Free shipping for orders over $39.
  • A $5 shipping fee applies to orders under $39.
  • Shipping is available to most U.S. locations (excluding P.O. boxes and remote territories).

Order Changes & Cancellations

Before Shipment

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order free of charge before it ships and receive a full refund.
  • Change of Address: Free of charge before shipment.

After Shipment

  • Order Cancellation: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you reject delivery, shipping costs and a 15% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Change of Address: Once shipped, a $10 handling fee will apply for any address changes (we cannot guarantee the change will be successful).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
You can also check your order status through your Sunblis account.
If you have any questions, please contact us at support@sunblis.com and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact us within 3 business days. After this period, customers must reach out directly to the carrier to resolve the issue.


Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or there’s a quality issue, please take clear photos and contact us within 3 days of receipt at support@sunblis.com.
We’ll investigate and provide a suitable solution (reshipment or refund).

If the package is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier. This process may take up to 15 days. During this period, a refund will not be issued until the investigation is complete.


Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs delays, courier strikes, or peak season surges. If such situations occur, we will notify you and provide an updated delivery estimate.


No Responsibility for Carrier Actions

Sunblis is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they are marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx).
