Thank you for shopping with Sunblis! This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding the shipping and delivery of your order from our U.S.-based fulfillment centers.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders to customers within the continental United States, including:

  • The 48 contiguous states

  • Washington, D.C.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing may take up to 3 business days.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship all orders from our U.S. domestic warehouses using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@sunblis.com.

5. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, Sunblis is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Weather or natural disasters

  • Carrier-related issues

  • Customs or government inspections (if applicable)

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Sunblis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend checking with your neighbors or local post office if this occurs.

If your package is missing and the tracking status is “Delivered,” please contact us at support@sunblis.com, and we will assist you with filing a claim or re-shipping where appropriate.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order. We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays due to incorrect addresses.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours at support@sunblis.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.

8. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on stock availability and warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment, if applicable.
