Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At Sunblis, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a simple and fair return process. Please read the following carefully to understand our policy.


1. Cancellation Policy

We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery.
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at support@sunblis.com.

Once an order has entered the shipping or processing stage, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.


2. 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy.
This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping cost:

  • For quality issues (defective, damaged, or incorrect items), Sunblis will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund.

  • For personal reasons (such as change of mind or preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

⚠️ Returns after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.


3. One-Year Warranty

All Sunblis products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use.

Warranty coverage includes:

  • Free repair or replacement of defective parts

  • Technical support and troubleshooting assistance

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches or wear

  • Consumables or accessories not included in the warranty

To claim your warranty, please contact support@sunblis.com and provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • Photos or videos showing the defect


4. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at support@sunblis.com before sending the product back.
Our support team will provide:

  • The correct warehouse return address, and

  • A Return Authorization Confirmation (RMA) for processing.

Any product sent back without prior authorization may be delayed or denied for refund.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.


5. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing accessories will not be eligible.

  • If the item was received defective or damaged, please provide photos or videos when contacting support so we can resolve it promptly.


6. Refunds

  • Full Refund: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Exchange or Replacement: Available for verified quality issues.

  • Partial Refund: For approved returns where the product or packaging shows minor signs of handling.

  • No Refund: For unauthorized returns, heavily used, or damaged items not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects.

Refunds will be made back to your original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.


7. Shipping Instructions

Always contact our support team before returning a product to obtain the return address.
Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.
Returns sent to the wrong address without authorization cannot be processed.
