2. Products and Orders

Our flagship product is the 3-sided electric toothbrush, designed for personal oral care, primarily sold to U.S.-based customers.
All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
We strive to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate, but we do not guarantee they are error-free.
By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing and shipping information at checkout. Incorrect information may result in delays or order cancellations.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for any loss caused by incorrect address details.

5. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of oral care products, opened or used toothbrushes are non-returnable. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

We accept return requests within 14 days of receipt only under the following conditions:

The product is severely damaged during transit or has quality issues.
The product received is significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong model).
The product is visibly broken due to shipping, and the customer provides valid photo evidence.

All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team and include proof of purchase.

6. Warranty

Our products come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase (excluding brush heads). The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to trademarks, images, text, graphics, and product designs—is the intellectual property of Sunblis or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunblis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or purchase of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
