Currently, we support the following payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and all major cards), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Checkout Guide

Step 1
Select the toothbrush model you want, then click “Buy with Shop Pay or Other Payment Methods.”
Step 2
Fill in your information (email and shipping address).
If preferred, you may also choose “Pick up from our warehouse.”
Then click “Continue to Shipping.”
Step 3
Review your shipping details and click “Continue to Payment.”
Select your preferred payment method, then click “Pay Now.”
Credit Card Payment Tips
For your security, our system may occasionally decline a credit card payment to prevent fraud.
We recommend contacting your bank or credit card issuer in advance to authorize the purchase.
If your card payment is declined, please try one of the following solutions:
- If you have a PayPal account, try completing the payment through PayPal.
- Try another credit or debit card.
- If you don’t have a PayPal account, select PayPal at checkout, then click “Complete Order.”
You’ll be redirected to a page that also supports credit/debit card payments — no PayPal account required.
Steps:
- Select PayPal (even if you don’t have a PayPal account).
- Click “Pay with Debit or Credit Card.”
- Enter your card details and complete the order.
How to Pay with Shop Pay
Follow the steps below to complete your purchase using Shop Pay.

Option 1:
- Click “Buy with Shop Pay.”
- Enter your contact and shipping information.
- Click “Continue to Shipping.”
- Click “Continue to Payment.”
- Select Shop Pay.
- Click “Pay Now.”
How to Use a Discount Code
Follow these steps to apply your coupon or discount code:
- Choose your desired color and model.
- Click “Buy with PayPal or Other Payment Methods.”
- On the checkout page, click “Show Order Summary.”
- Enter your discount code and click “Apply.”
- The discounted total will appear automatically.
- You can also apply the discount code on the payment information page.
Credit Card Payment Failed?
If your credit card payment fails, please follow these steps:
- Contact your card issuer to confirm the issue or request a new card.
- Check that your card number, expiration date, and other details are entered correctly.
- Make sure your card has sufficient balance or credit limit.
- Verify that your card is valid and active.
- Ensure that your verification information (e.g., CVV, postal code) is accurate.
- Contact your card issuer to confirm that international or cross-border transactions are allowed and not restricted by amount.
